OUR EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept orders for return or exchange with an extended time period from the date of purchase.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase if your items meet the following criteria:

✔ Items must be unworn and in new and unused condition.

✔ Items must not be washed.

✔ Items must have all original tags attached and intact.

Note: The “Items must not be worn” policy also applies to underwear and all active & training shorts due to their interior liners.

Holiday Shipping Extension

All orders placed between November 1st - December 25th will be eligible for return until January 31, 2025.

ADDITIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES DETAILS

You may either use your own shipping method to return your items, or you may use our shipping service for a flat package convenience fee of $7.00.

Shipping service for exchanged items is offered at no charge.

Important: If you have multiple orders to return, each order must be packaged separately with its appropriately assigned return label.

FINAL SALE & EXCLUSIONS

“Get a Free Product” or “Buy One, Get One” purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

FINAL SALE items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Gift card purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International orders are NOT eligible for exchange.

You may return your international order, but American Dream Clubhouse Inc. is not responsible for return shipping costs or any customer fees incurred.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Exchange for a Different Size or Color

• Select the item(s) you want to exchange and click “Return”.

• Choose your desired new size or color.

• Print the provided return label and mail back the original product.

• Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned to our warehouse.

Exchange for a Different Style

• Select the item(s) you want to exchange and click “Return”.

• You’ll receive a credit for that item to use towards a new style by selecting “Shop Now”.

• Print the provided return label and mail back the original product.

• Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned to our warehouse.

• Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll refund any remaining balance.

Get a Refund

• Select the item(s) you want to return.

• Print the provided return label and mail back the original product(s).

• When we receive your item(s), your refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed.

•  Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed once items are received by our warehouse.

 Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
