This California Privacy Statement (“California Statement”) supplements the Privacy Statement of American Dream Clubhouse Inc. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf, but we require proof of authorization and identity verification. We will acknowledge your request within 10 days and respond within 45 days (or up to 90 days with notice).

Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. However, California law defines “sale” broadly, which may include certain data sharing for targeted advertising. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 without affirmative consent.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Please see our Cookie Policy for instructions on managing tracking technologies.

We may modify this Statement at any time. Updates will be posted here, and the Effective Date will be revised accordingly.
